ClipToScale is a clipping marketplace at cliptoscale.co. This page describes the data this product stores today. The registered legal entity is Night Legal LLC mu72567c0kcfzz. Write hello@cliptoscale.co if you need that name for a contract.

What we collect

Waitlist: name, email, whether you said you are a clipper or a business, and when you signed up. Marketplace accounts: name, email, password hash, optional company name, and the role you chose. Offers: title, brief, rate, platforms, and the view rule the company wrote. Clips: the URL you submitted, platform, optional note, review status, verified views, and payout amounts. Contact form: the fields you send on contact.

Why we store it

To run the waitlist, sign you in, show offers, review clips, and record payouts. We send transactional email (waitlist confirm, marketplace welcome, password reset from noreply@cliptoscale.co, admin outreach) when Resend accepts the message. We do not run a third-party analytics pixel on this site.

Cookies

Theme preference. Marketplace session cookie cts-app. Admin session cookie cts-admin. Leftover organization-invite cookies only if someone uses an invite link from the unused template auth. Session cookies are httpOnly.

How long

Waitlist and marketplace records stay until we delete them or you ask us to. Email hello@cliptoscale.co to request a copy or deletion of your waitlist or account data.
